A. Good news! The maximum available. Typically up to 75% of the property value is available on full doc. 70% available on low doc. We will deliver maximum loan amounts for your property and circumstances.
Q. How low will my Interest rate be?
A. Good news again! The lowest available. Our volumes ensure we have access to wholesale funding pools - and we will deliver these to you whether you need $1,000,000 or $50,000,000.
