1. Call or email us
Contact us on 1300 100 222 or fill out our contact form. An experienced lending manager will give you good information. In most cases we will have 2 or more lending strategies.
2. Receive an Indicative Offer
Based on the information you provide us we will issue you an Indicative Offer - so easy. This will include your interest rate, fees, loan features and information you should know about the loan.
3. Approval
Once you have accepted our Indicative Offer and include any information required we will have approval for you generally within 48 hours. On many occasions this will be delivered within 24 hours.
4. Fully Approved Loan Offer
When your loan is approved we will immediately put this document in your hands. Typically, the valuation needs to be instructed at this stage to support the loan amount approved. We will ensure valuation is timely and correctly instructed.
5. Documentation and Settlement
Documents signed and the loan funds are yours.
